Absolutely amazing customer service! I spoke with then through Instagram DM about a possible missing order but they were extremely kind and told me to wait until the day after as sometimes the postal service will deliver it a day after being marked delivered. Sure enough it was in my mailbox a day after it had been marked delivered.
The reason I rate 5 stars is because not only were they willing to ship another hank, but they were extremely kind and responsive (which lets face it, in this day and age is rare). 10/10 will definitely purchase again!!
Ive order hanks from other vendors and they were good, but these absolutely are the beat by far. Lightweight just the prefect size for my shirt pocket love the design. Quality and care went into these and it shows great product. My glasses will never stay smudged now.
