Absolutely amazing customer service! I spoke with then through Instagram DM about a possible missing order but they were extremely kind and told me to wait until the day after as sometimes the postal service will deliver it a day after being marked delivered. Sure enough it was in my mailbox a day after it had been marked delivered.
The reason I rate 5 stars is because not only were they willing to ship another hank, but they were extremely kind and responsive (which lets face it, in this day and age is rare). 10/10 will definitely purchase again!!
Love the three hanks I bought recently. A great little hank to have all the time in your pocket for cleaning glasses. On of the best things I’ve purchased in a long time.
